Summer Camp 
For children ages 6 to 14. All levels. Daily 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. 

Campers from beginner to advanced will have the opportunity to experience first hand all aspects of horsemanship. 

Would you like to ride a horse, vault, play mounted games, give a horse a bath, ride in the sprinklers, and learn how to take are of a horse? These are the kind of things you can learn and do at summer horse camp. 

 

Every camper will learn how to groom, tack, and take care of the horse as well as participate in a fun, english riding lesson, along with a vaulting lesson given by one of our experienced and dedicated counselors and junior counselors.


2013 Weekly sessions begin on the following Mondays: 

June   10,  17,  24

July    8,  15,  22, 29

August   5,  12,  19, 26
 

 




  • Each camper should wear long pants, and closed toe shoe or boot with small heels (shorts can be changed into after the riding lesson)

  • Campers need to bring snacks, lunch, drinks and/or a bottle of water in a cooler.

  • LACRC will provide helmets if you do not have one.
